We also automatically collect usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages you visit within our service. When you use our analysis features, we store the topics you search for and the results generated. We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and improve our service. Analytics data helps us understand how our product is used and identify areas for improvement.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve the PainRadar service. This includes delivering pain point analyses, saving your searches and results, and personalizing your experience. We may use your email to send important service updates, security notifications, and product communications. Analytics data helps us understand usage patterns and develop new features. We also use your information to detect and prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share data with trusted service providers who help us operate PainRadar, including hosting providers, analytics services, payment processors, and email delivery services. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the purposes we specify and to protect it appropriately. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may disclose your information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. We do not share your data with advertisers for targeted advertising.
Data Retention
We retain your account data and saved analyses for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being permanently deleted. Usage and analytics data may be retained in aggregated or anonymized form for longer periods to improve our service. You may request early deletion of your data by contacting us.
