Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PainRadar ("the Service") at painradar.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use PainRadar. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. Description of Service
PainRadar is a B2C SaaS idea discovery platform that analyzes online discussions to identify recurring pain points, product opportunities, and SEO angles. The Service helps founders and entrepreneurs validate SaaS ideas by extracting insights from forums, review sites, and community platforms. PainRadar provides pain point detection, opportunity scoring, AI-generated product ideas, and keyword suggestions. The Service is provided through our website at painradar.com and may be accessed via web browser or other authorized means. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
User Accounts & Responsibilities
To access certain features of PainRadar, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us at painradar.app@gmail.com of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use the Service for any purpose that violates these terms or applicable law.
Subscription & Billing
PainRadar offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plan users receive limited analyses per month. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. We may change our pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance. Refunds are provided at our discretion; generally, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use PainRadar to: scrape, harvest, or extract data beyond normal use; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service; harass, abuse, or harm others; violate any applicable law or regulation; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; or circumvent any access controls or usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions. Violations may also result in legal action.
Intellectual Property
PainRadar and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, including the software, design, content, trademarks, and other intellectual property. You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store that content as necessary to provide and improve the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission. The PainRadar name and logo are our trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAINRADAR AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to PainRadar at any time, with or without cause or notice. We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data and saved analyses within a reasonable period after termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, shall survive. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on painradar.com and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your account. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
